When COVID hit in 2020, Platt and Ashley Moore couldn't find the quality food they wanted for their family. That's when they started raising their own cattle, and AM-PM Farms was born. What began as a family's answer to empty grocery store shelves has grown into a 700+ head operation on 505 owned acres, and 500 leased acres, with three retail locations across the Upstate.
